Making professional headshots accessible: For everyone, everywhere.
Our mission is to make world-class portrait photography accessible to all—leveling the playing field and bringing image parity regardless of background or budget.
Iris Booth was founded in 2015 by Sue Siri, a photographer-turned-tech entrepreneur who saw a gap in the market: professional headshots are essential, but expensive and hard to coordinate. She envisioned a self-serve, tech-driven solution that would bring professional-quality portraits to anyone who needed them.
A Photography Startup Turned Global Solution
From our early days in Halifax and partnerships with photographers around Canada, Iris Booth quickly gained traction. We’ve since evolved into a trusted partner for universities, corporate offices, healthcare facilities, and government agencies—ensuring a consistent, high-quality headshot experience for thousands of users worldwide. In 2023, Iris Booth joined forces with Rundle Partners, ushering in a new chapter of growth and innovation while staying true to our founder’s original vision.
By making it easier, faster, and cheaper to capture a consistent, high-quality portrait, we give individuals a head start on social mobility and professional growth.
Mission
To make professional portrait photography accessible to everyone, everywhere.
Vision
Become the world’s most trusted tool for self-use professional portrait photography.
Image Parity for All
At Iris Booth, we’re passionate about leveling the playing field. A polished headshot shouldn’t be a privilege limited to those with big budgets or access to professional studios. By partnering with institutions across the world, we can place our booths in high-traffic, high-impact locations—like campuses, corporate offices and government institutions. We help people from every walk of life present themselves confidently.
Social Mobility & Professional Representation
When your headshot precedes you in emails, on LinkedIn, or in job applications, it’s more than just a photo—it’s an opportunity. We see every booth session as a small but crucial step toward improved career prospects, personal branding, and, ultimately, social mobility.
