Let’s face it; it’s pretty hard to return a digital file. Like everything on the Internet, once it’s out there it’s out there. For this reason our policy is no returns or refunds.
We do, however, want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason your Iris photo doesn’t make your heart sing, contact us. We’re real people and we will do what we can to make you an Iris fan.
In order to re-issue a code, we need to hear from you within 5 days of using the code. Tell us right away what went wrong so that we can fix it. Were you having a bad hair day, was the booth not working properly, was the file we sent corrupt. Whatever the problem, we’ll do our East Coast best to resolve it.
